How AI speeds up our engineering, and the three gates that keep it accountable.

AI speeds up the engineering. A human engineer remains responsible for the result. What goes into the tools is decided by data sensitivity — our own IP and generic work freely, client-sensitive material only with explicit contractual cover. Every change an assistant helps produce is reviewed, tested, and — where it touches hardware — verified on real devices by a JustEmbed engineer before it reaches a client, a repository, or a device. Nothing merges on its own, and where AI contributed is on the record, not hidden.

We treat this as a confidentiality and trade-secret matter, not a separate "AI law" question — the same discipline that governs how we handle client IP. Formalizing it into our client agreements and NDAs is in progress. How it works in practice is part of the conversation when we start working together.
